I am an Associate Professor in the People and Organisations department of NEOMA Business School, France. I study how leaders' behaviors and followers' perceptions are shaped by cultural, historical, developmental, and evolutionary processes. Additionally, I specialize in quantitative research methods, focusing on causal inference, experimental methods, and structural equation modeling.
I also serve as an Associate Editor and Method Advisor at The Leadership Quarterly. Previously, I have been a Lecturer (Chargé de Cours) and a Research Fellow (Chargé de Recherche) in the Organizational Behavior department of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, where I also earned my PhD in Summer 2020.
